S’more Cookies


Delicious graham crackery goodness, chocolate, and marshmallows—these s’more cookies are a sure winner.


  • 3/4 cup of real butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate bars, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup marshmallows


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease or line cookie sheet with a baking mat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beat until combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and baking soda and whisk together.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.
  7. Add in the chocolate chips and combine.
  8. Roll about a tablespoon of the dough in your palms and create little balls. Place them about two inches apart on the cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 8 minutes and remove the cookies from the oven.
  10. Press chocolate bar pieces and marshmallows onto each cookie.
  11. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Remove and allow to cool on a rack.
  13. Enjoy!
