Diamond Candles

Diamond Candles - Hawaiian coconut, a ring in every candle.

Diamond Candles

I came across these candles and had to try them for myself. In each jar, there’s a ring that can be worth $10-$5k inside. Now I know my chances of getting a ring worth anything much is rare, but it’s more the excitement of the whole concept. Kinda like getting a prize in a cereal box or cracker jacks box–or at least how there used to be prizes was when I was a kid.

So I ordered two candles, Peach and Hawaiian Coconut. They’re about $25 bucks each, which is what I’d pay for a good candle. I lit the coconut one first since I could tell the Peach one’s ring was at the very bottom of the jar. You can see the little gold wrapping sitting at the bottom in the above picture.

More after the jump:

So here the candle has melted down a little less than a quarter of the way. You can see the gold packaging sticking out the top. To be honest, I pulled the prize out with some metal tongs because I was too impatient.

Diamond Candles - Blue fake ring. Looks nice though!

And here it is! My first Diamond Candle ring! As I expected, it was a fake ring, but it’s still pretty looking. The Coconut candle smelt nice, though it wasn’t as strong as I would have wanted it to. The Peach candle though smelt WONDERFUL and the scent stays long after the candle’s been blown out. Looking forward to more of these Diamond Candles!
