“The Bomb” Peanut Butter Bars or Peanut Butter Chocolate Lasagna

Peanut Butter Chocolate Lasagna

These are addicting.

Every single time I have a bite of one of these bars, I think I can handle just that one piece. In Five minutes I’m craving one more bite. A nice blend of peanut butter and chocolate with oats and no one can resist. I’d like to say they’re healthy because it contains oats. We all know I’m just kidding myself.

It’s fairly simple and quick, so it’s great for small get togethers, pot lucks, picnics, etc. Only warning(other than being addicting) is that these morsels make a mess–both in the melted chocolate and the crumbly oat goodness manner.

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • *Gooey Mix*
  • 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • *Topping*
  • 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup of Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

Instructions

  1. Using foil, completely line a 9 x 13 dish and spray foil with baking spray
  2. Preheat oven to 350

  5. Flatten the mix in the dish and bake for about 10 minutes

  7. When crust is done, slop the Gooey Mix on top. Wait a couple seconds for the heat to help melt down the mix and spread it gently
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Crust/Crumb Mix on top and place back in the oven for about 15 minutes
  9. After 15 minutes, cover the dessert with the plethora of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips for topping
  10. Put the dish back into the oven for about 5 minutes to allow the chips to melt into gooey yum
  11. When the 5 minutes is up, take the dish out of the oven, allow to cool, and slice accordingly
